As a dedicated Social Media and Marketing Content Creator for Bistro’67 restaurant at the Centre for Food, Durham College, I took pride in capturing the essence of the culinary experience through compelling visuals and engaging content. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the brand’s identity and objectives, I meticulously crafted menu item photos and videos that resonated with our audience.
Leveraging my creativity and technical skills, I independently produced captivating reels infused with music and illustrations, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. My efforts didn’t go unnoticed; several of my posts were promoted and reshared by accounts with a larger reach, such as Durham College and Explore Whitby, further amplifying our brand’s visibility and engagement. Moreover, my ability to represent the brand through aesthetic designs that resonated with our audience and remained true to the brand identity played a significant role in our success.

With a focus on fostering positive client relationships, I’ve been instrumental in consistently expanding our customer base to its maximum capacity. My adept oral and written communication skills have enabled me to convey information persuasively and accurately, further strengthening our client connections. Within my portfolio, I’m thrilled to showcase the culmination of my efforts during my studies at Durham College, where I diligently built my personal brand. At the heart of this endeavor lies the creation of my own website, meticulously designed to reflect my unique identity and expertise. Alongside the website development, I devised a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at amplifying my reach to peers seeking advice and potential collaborators. This strategy was crafted with meticulous attention to detail, leveraging design principles and skills acquired through Adobe Suite to ensure maximum impact and engagement. My Journey
2014 . From Street to Career: Igniting Movement and Passion
My passion for sports reignited with the discovery of a new activity known as "street workout." This marked the beginning of a journey to push my limits, where I learned that with discipline and a genuine passion for what you do, amazing things can happen. Achieving my first pull-ups was a significant milestone, showcasing the power of dedication and perseverance. It was at this point that I made the decision to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Sports Training, driven by my newfound passion and determination to excel in the field.
2017. Beyond Borders: Embracing Adventure and Opportunity
This period marked the emergence of my desire to live overseas and immerse myself in new places and cultures, particularly sparked by my exchange program during my 8th semester in Mexico. It was during this time that I learned the invaluable lesson of seizing opportunities for adventure, despite any uncertainties they may bring. My experiences included leading sports groups in a school and the gymnastics league at Benemeria Universidad Autonoma de Puebla (BUAP). These experiences taught me about resilience, leadership, and, most importantly, the joy of embracing life to the fullest. 2018 . From Street Workouts to Barcelona's Streets
The saying "good stuff brings more good stuff" couldn't have been more true for me. Thanks to achieving the best average, I earned the opportunity to pursue a diploma in sports nutrition. Little did I know, this accomplishment would lead to an even greater reward. Upon signing up for the diploma, students were informed of a special incentive: the student with the best average would be awarded an all-expenses-paid trip to Barcelona, Spain for a week. Needless to say, I was highly motivated by this enticing prize, and I gave it my all. It paid off, and I secured the opportunity to explore Barcelona. While not every endeavor yields such remarkable results, I also recall another instance where I nearly won a trip to Argentina but ended up receiving an English course as the second-place prize in a trivia contest. Though it wasn't a travel opportunity, I appreciated the chance to enhance my skills. Through these experiences, I learned the importance of always giving your best, seizing opportunities, and making the most of every situation.
